DESCRIPTION:Christopher Ward is a S X Health Improvement Worker and Humanist member. This talk will be an introduction to issues around gender and sexuality\, a subject which has had considerable attention in the media without much sensitivity or explanations of the terminology. Come to learn and understand how to show tolerant\, Humanist attitudes on gender issues \n\nView event on Facebook\nView event on Meetup\n\nAbout SX\nSX is about improving the sex\, health and wellbeing of gay and bisexual men\, and all men who have sex with men living in Scotland. We are proud to be part of the LGBTQ+ community\, and we aim to reflect the diversity of the people we work with.\nOur ethos at SX is to be sex positive and we strive to improve the physical\, sexual and mental health and wellbeing of all men who have sex with men. Participants are under no obligation whatsoever to donate\, however please rest assured that the money we collect doesn’t end up in anyone’s pocket – it is used to fund our overhead costs\, and travel/accommodation for our speakers who come from further afield.\nAccessibility: As per the policy of the Admiral Bar\, access to the venue “can only be provided to patrons who are sufficiently mobile and capable of independently evacuating premises\, or with the minimum of assistance”. Unfortunately\, this leaves the basement inaccessible to most wheelchair users. \n
